- Trách nhiệm chính/ Key accountabilities:
Business Intelligence:
Lead and guide the Business Intelligence team to handle the following key responsibilities:
Data Reporting
Develop and automate dashboards, analyses and reports to support business functions.
Manage the roll out of these dashboards and reports to the relevant teams, providing training and support on the usage of these tools.
Data Analytics
Collaborate with stakeholders in Operations and Sales to make data driven decisions.
Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and sales growth.
Develop the company-wide data strategy, collaborate w/ stakeholders to well execute this strategy to effectively digitize complicated processes & monetize the data resources
Data Governance
Develop a data access governance framework to ensure efficient & safe data extraction/usage
Local-Regional Collaboration
Support the Regional Business Intelligence team on the roll out of regional-led initiatives to the country team.
Collaborate with the Regional Business Intelligence & Data Engineering team to prioritize regional resources to support country-specific requirements
- Yêu cầu công việc/ Experience required:
| Experience Required | At least 5 years of experience in analytics and process improvement-related initiatives |
| Education / Qualifications | University degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics |
| Skills | Proficiency with SQL
Experience with Python, data warehousing, data visualization tools a plus Naturally curious and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills |
