40 triệu + Thưởng 3-6 tháng lương + lương tháng 13 + flexible benefit 3tr/năm

Phép năm 18 – 21 ngày

  1. Trách nhiệm chính/ Key accountabilities:
  • Formulating and implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio
  • Monitor trends for competition in the market (both Hanoi and Saigon)/ manage market intelligence as well as conduct market research of competitors, market benchmark in order to formulate and implement leasing strategies which are suitable to relevant assets
  • Work closely with Property Management/ operations, Asset Management and Finance teams to ensure to achieve the most efficient result and compliance.
  • Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents
  • Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks ofrentals and occupancy cost
  • Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agencies/ brokers/ consultants, etc…
  1. Yêu cầu công việc/ Experience required:
  • Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Estate Management, Business, Marketing
  • Prefer candidate can speak both English & Japanese.
  • 5-6 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing
  • Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills
